What to do
- Create a CMA and enter the subject property details.
- Search for and review relevant comparables.
- Apply only adjustments you can explain.
- Review the resulting range, commentary, branding, and client details.
- Generate or share the final output after a human review.
Good to know
- An AI-assisted or calculated draft is not an appraisal.
- Recency, location, property type, size, condition, and market context all affect comparable quality.
