Zapier can connect supported Red Bricks OS triggers or actions to other services without a custom integration.
Where to find it: Admin → Marketing → Zapier
What to do
- Open the Zapier settings and follow the current connection instructions.
- Create a small automation with a clearly defined trigger and action.
- Use a labelled test record.
- Confirm the result in both systems.
- Turn it on and monitor early runs.
Good to know
- Avoid creating two automations that perform the same external action.
- Review which contact fields and personal information are sent to the other service.
