Connect Google Forms
The Google Forms integration connects supported submissions to Red Bricks OS lead capture.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Integrations → Google Forms
What to do
- Open the integration and follow the connection instructions.
- Choose the correct Google account and form.
- Map identity and response fields to the intended CRM fields.
- Submit a labelled test response.
- Verify the source, contact, assignment, and follow-up.
Good to know
- Form ownership and account access must remain valid.
- A field-label change in Google Forms can require the mapping to be reviewed.
