Connect an AI Provider
AI Connections shows the platform-provided and bring-your-own-provider options available to the account.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → AI Connections
What to do
- Review the available connection types and which features use them.
- Choose Connect and enter credentials only in the secure field provided.
- Save and run a small test generation.
- Review usage and revoke an old connection when it is no longer needed.
Good to know
- Provider credentials are secrets and should never be placed in Help or a CRM note.
- A connected provider does not remove the need to review generated content and actions.
