Use What’s New for the user-facing update feed. Product Updates provides the managed update records available to authorized admins.
Where to find it: Admin → What’s New or Settings & Tools → Product Updates
What to do
- Open What’s New to scan recently released changes.
- Open an update for the full explanation and any action you need to take.
- Ask Help how a change affects the screen or workflow you use.
Good to know
- Not every internal change appears in the user-facing feed.
- If old instructions conflict with the current screen, follow the current screen and flag the article as unhelpful.
