Use the Media Library
The Media library keeps reusable content assets available to supported editors and builders.
Where to find it: Admin → Content → Media
What to do
- Upload a properly licensed image or file.
- Use a descriptive name and alternative text when offered.
- Choose the asset from the relevant page, post, or builder.
- Verify crop, clarity, and loading on desktop and mobile.
Good to know
- Use web-appropriate file sizes; a very large original can make pages feel slow.
- Do not upload private client documents to the public media library.
